By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Set and communicate clear expectations with individuals and teams
  • Know and use strategies to determine and cater to team and individual developmental needs
  • Observe and give feedback to both teams and individuals
  • Understand their role in their teams
  • Understand how appraisals fit into performance management
  • Be able to conduct performance counselling
  • Understand and be able to undertake discipline procedure if needed
