Managing Self and Leading Teams


Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Have explored and presented what leadership means to them individually
  • Know their own strengths and weaknesses
  • Understand how to use a GAPS analysis to increase self-awareness of performance and direction
  • Be aware of useful management theories, tools and strategies and clear about which of these they will utilise

Content:

  • Individual presentations on “Leading with Integrity” and discussion around this
  • GAPS analysis
  • Overview of theories, tools and strategies
